Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria) We offer reliable nationwide delivery across all 36 states.
Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days
Next-Day Delivery: Available in select locations (please call or message us to confirm availability before placing your order)
Delivery Partner: We use trusted logistics providers such as DHL, GIG, and others to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Fragrance City ships internationally to selected countries.
Delivery timelines may vary based on destination.
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Customs and import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Perfumes with broken seals, missing caps, or signs of use are not eligible for return.
Boxed and open-boxed items are final sale unless damaged on arrival.
How to Make a Return: Send an email to info@fragrancecity.store with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
Include photos (if applicable) and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and shipping details.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different scent or item), please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your new order.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Fragrance City reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
